    Keep a look out for Kitz – 4 Seed Crackers at the IGA supermarket at the Jetty. Mary’s Gone Crackers seed crackers are occasionally spotted at Gourmands. Ryvita crispbread is available at most supermarkets, and we are exploring more to add to the list.

    You can always purchase some Pure Life Sprouted Bread (See Breads > Best), slice thinly and dehydrate slowly in your oven or dehydrator.
