On the Coffs Coast...

    There are a couple of “Good” pasteurised cream options available without additives, including:

    Barambah Organics Pure & Sour Cream
    Gippsland Pure Double Cream

    Barambah Cream is from grass-fed cows and is available from most good Health Food shops and supermarkets. Gippsland Cream is widely available from most supermarkets.

    Fresh or cultured raw cream from grass-fed animals. As with raw milk, this usually must be purchased directly from a farmer or through a cow-share program or co-op.

On the Coffs Coast...

    On rare occasions the Wallan Vale Dairy Raw Cream accompanies the milk when it arrives on a Tuesday at Kombu & Cherry Haven.

    At present we’re not aware of any options available to purchase directly from a local farmer or through a cow-share program.
