On the Coffs Coast...

    Non organic maple syrups are available from all supermarkets and health food shops.

    We are yet to source an organic jam that is not sweetened with concentrated fruit juice.

    Organic natural sweeteners such as maple syrup, maple sugar, molasses, green stevia leaves and green stevia powder, dehydrated sugar cane juice, malt syrups, coconut or palm sugar, date sugar, sorghum syrup and raw honey, preferably unfiltered. (Note: Raw honey should not be given to babies.)

On the Coffs Coast...

    Packaged and bulk buy organic sweeteners, including grade A maple syrup, rapadura, sucanat, coconut sugars, dark molasses, and local Bellingen and Bonville raw honey are available from all health food shops.

    Gourmand Ingredients sell a good range of ‘Billingtons” such as ‘dark molasses’ (highly nutritious) and muscovado, which can be used in replace of rapadura. We have not sourced green stevia powder or leaves to date.
